Dr. Michelle Schmude appointed to task force
National Association of Colleges and Employers Promise of Value Task Force is charged with developing communications framework for NACE
Scranton, PA (05/22/2019) — Michelle Schmude, EdD,associate dean for admissions, enrollment management & financial aid and assistant professor in the Medical Education Department at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine (GCSOM) has been appointed to serve on the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Promise of Value Task Force. NACE is a professional association that serves college career services professionals and university relations and recruiting professionals. It provides information on employment of the college-educated and forecasts hiring and trends in job markets, tracking starting salaries, recruiting and hiring practices, and student attitudes and outcomes. NACE also provides networking and professional development opportunities. The Promise of Value Task Force is charged with developing a framework of statements and key messages that highlight the value of NACE in meeting the common expectations of its stakeholders and members.
